This is Why You Should Stretch

For those of you who don’t think stretching before attempting some sort of physical activity is that important, check these pictures out. A good friend of mine decided to play some softball and since the sport isn’t really that physically demanding, he felt there was no reason to prepare.

The doctor said it’s a pulled hamstring, but from the pictures, I’d say it is torn.

3D Chalk Pavement Art

Every once in a while you come across something that is so unique and interesting you just feel like sharing it with everyone. Well, today is one of those days. I’m sure a lot of you have seen these pictures before but that still doesn’t make them any less impressive.

These are 3D chalk pavement drawings. When looked at from the proper angle, it gives the impression of an image that looks strikingly realistic. Some actually can fool you at first glance. At the wrong angle, the images just look like extremely distorted drawings and there appears to be nothing very spectacular about them. But viewed right….well…go ahead and view some very cool pictures.

Doing Something That Scares Us

A friend of mine posted some of his pictures from New York of a graffiti building that got a lot of attention. There seemed to be a lot people who enjoyed them; even those who traveled past the building every day to work. I thought, hey I’ve got some cool pictures of California I could post, but then I thought, “Wow, my first rappelling trip was a lot of fun and we took a ton of pictures. I’ll share those.”
