You Say You Pop Your Collar?

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 30, 2007

Today we salute you, Mr. Constant Collar Popper Upper. You, bedecked in popped collar, teach n2201712532_39027us that we no longer have to live with a cold back of the neck. Sure, your Pink Alligator polo may look feminine to some, but not to the 17 other frat guys wearing the same thing at the bar. Where others may see Read the rest of this entry »

Heads Up 7Up

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 23, 2007

You lay your head on your desk, your arms wrapped around to conceal your face, which is pressing against the desk that you realize 12 years later was probably sneezed on several times by one of your classmates only minutes earlier. At the time you begin smelling that strange spot on the desk. You wonder if it’s edible. Hmmm. Your thumb is up, high and proud. You begin to sweat and the air you breathe gets heavier and heavier. Is This How Gun Control Works?

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 19, 2007

Yesterday a British man (I’m assuming because there is no name) left the following comment on my A Perfect World: Gun Control post.

As a “Brit” I dread the day that Britain moves any way towards the wholesale owning of guns as reflected in American society. Britain is not perfect by any means but gun crime in Britain is relatively rare in comparison to America. I believe this is due to the residual “Wild West” mentality of a large section of American society and the misquoted “right to bear arms” which should apply to society as a whole, not every individual. The gun lobby has a lot to answer for.

I responded a few times with some statistics and through that research have come up with many more statistics that I’d like to share. Remember as you read this that Britain outlawed all guns in 1997. Even the Olympic shooting team isn’t allowed to practice there. NO ONE is ALLOWED to own a gun. Read the rest of this entry »

Is This Now a Guitar Hero Haven?

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 18, 2007

It just might be. I don’t have the time to think up as many awesome ideas for posts anymore so today I am posting and boasting about my Guitar Hero scores. There are many who can do better, but I don’t care. I’m proud of my accomplishments that will net me no fame or fortune later on in life. Read the rest of this entry »

I’m Curious (Looking for an Evolutionist/Atheist Viewpoint)

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 17, 2007

I came across this quote in something I was reading the other day and it struck my interest. Now for me, it is understandable and I get it. But, since I’m not either an evolutionist or an atheist or anything similar, I am curious to know what a response would be to that. There are many, I’m sure. From my previous joke posts on evolution, I’ve been shown there are many of you who have ventured into my blog and here’s something else for you to comment on. Please enlighten me. This is Why You Should Stretch

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 14, 2007

For those of you who don’t think stretching before attempting some sort of physical activity is that important, check these pictures out. A good friend of mine decided to play some softball and since the sport isn’t really that physically demanding, he felt there was no reason to prepare.

The doctor said it’s a pulled hamstring, but from the pictures, I’d say it is torn. Read the rest of this entry »

Basically, These Are the Best Song Lyrics Ever

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 12, 2007

The lyrics for the song Institutionalized by The Suicidal Tendencies are so bad you can’t help but love them. Every time I hear them it makes me laugh. The part about Pepsi has to be considered a classic. Once you realized these words are in a song exactly as they’re written, you’ll begin appreciate so much more. Read on for the lyrics: Read the rest of this entry »

Duke Accuser Not to Be Prosecuted for Her Lies

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 12, 2007

So the girl who accused the Duke players of rape has been called a liar. The case against the players has been dropped because she was a liar. So these boys’ lives are ruined and guess what? She gets off scott free. No prosecution for falsely accusing. Nothing. Well guess what?

Crystal Gail Mangum, everyone knows your name now. Have a nice life.

Different Types of Poop

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 9, 2007

Guys are utterly fascinated with bowel movements. We are proud of the great ones and proud of the painful. Not a night will go by that a bunch of guys are hanging out that the topic does not get brought. If you’re at a bar and you bring up a disgusting poop story, you’ll gain five to ten friends. It never fails. The following is a list of all the different ways you can poo. Most of them I have experienced. This was stolen form somewhere on the web I’m sure but I don’t feel like finding the owner. I do not claim it as my own as I would a decent poo. Read the rest of this entry »

Boy Do I Suck

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 9, 2007

I’ve discussed my obsession with Guitar Hero before and I thought I was pretty decent. I can complete all songs on Expert mode except for Jordan and Six and even five star most of them. Those two songs are ridiculous for anyone. Now, I haven’t really practiced them but sometimes when I really want to hate myself I’ll play through Jordan and get around 50% of the way through before I fail. It’s understandable because that’s where the notes go crazy and no human being can possibly hit all of them.

This morning, a video was sent my way and I decided to check it out because it’s fun to watch really good people play the game. Well, this happened to be a girl and she made me want to cry. You really want to watch this. The main video is focused on her and the smaller inset video is the TV with all the notes. You’ll want to really pay attention from 1:28 through 3:15.

No Wonder I Have Trouble Hearing (Pictures Included)

Posted by iwanttofitin on April 6, 2007

A few years back I was increasingly having trouble hearing. Things were either getting muffled or I flat out couldn’t hear a word that was being said. What to do? I went to the doctor. You want to know what he found? I have overactive earwax production. He couldn’t see my eardrum. There was a bunch of wax stuck in there blocking the canal. Read the rest of this entry »
